Large pillar candles on this site are perfect for your indoor or outdoor lanterns. All candles outdoors or indoors must be kept out of direct sunlight. Ample room in the lantern (Apprx 2") between the candle and the glass makes for good ventilation so the heat doesn't build up and melt the candle.

Heat will affect your candle...if the room gets to hot it could cause it to soften and taller candles will start to bow. Cold could affect your candle...if the area where you keep your candle is extra cold it could cause cracks in your candle.
